The thermal light pops on when the temp gets real hot, so since it started acting funny after the install, chances are your amp isnt getting properly cooled. Either put some 60mm fans in there or remove the amp and ditch the cover. The low resistance lights pops on when the amp sense low resistance OR a short circuit (between speaker wire or between speaker wire/ground). When you took off the wires and put it back together, you might have done it a bit sloppy. Whats good about the low ohm light is that it will only come on when it senses the bad wire, so D/C everything then put the wires back after doublechecking the speakers themselves for possible loose connections etc. It will blink when you connect your bad channel. The rebooting you speak of is weird. If the entire amp is shutting off and your battery connection is good (above 10 volts), you have a problem with the amp itself. If by what you mean is lower power to the speakers, this is normal when you trouble lights are on.
